These terms apply when you use www.elinthgroup.com and when you order, book or buy anything from Elinth Group Limited (“Elinth”, “we”, “us”), including through Elinth Enterprise House, Elinth Consulting, Elinth Homes and Elinth Digital Academy. Please read them before placing an order. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. About us

2. Using this website
- You may use the website for your own information and to contact or order from us. Please don’t misuse it, for example by sending spam, attempting to break its security or copying it for commercial use.
- We work hard to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your particular situation, and it may change.
- Links to other websites (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or Amazon) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites or their content.
3. How ordering works
- Shop purchases: you can buy Elinth Digital Academy products and services in our online Shop. Payment is taken securely by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal, depending on the method you choose; we never see or store your full card or PayPal details. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed, and we email you an order confirmation.
- Downloadable products are available straight away on your order page and in your confirmation email. For services bought in the Shop (such as a 1:1 call, business setup or documents), we will contact you, normally within one working day, to arrange delivery.
- Bookings and requests: when you send a booking or service request through the website, WhatsApp or email, you are asking to buy from us. It is not yet a contract. We will contact you to confirm availability, the price and what is included, and a contract is formed only when we confirm in writing (by email or WhatsApp) and you accept. Unless we agree otherwise, services must be paid for in advance.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will let you know before your order is confirmed.
4. Digital products (Elinth Digital Academy)
- eBooks, guides and other downloadable products are licensed for your own personal or business use. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.
- Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once you have started downloading or accessing it, provided you agreed to this when you asked for immediate access. If a digital product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
- Results from any guide, course or business model depend on your own effort, market and circumstances. We do not guarantee any level of income or earnings.
5. Services and bookings
This section covers bookings at Elinth Enterprise House (Founders School, beauty and wellness, fashion and footwear, media and content studios) and services such as consultations, business setup and document structuring.
- We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Some studio services are delivered by our Studio Partners, who are qualified specialists working under agreements with us.
- Cancelling or rescheduling: please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. With that notice we will move your booking or refund any amount you have paid. With less notice, or if you don’t attend, we may keep a deposit or charge for the time reserved, to reflect the cost to us.
- If you are a consumer and booked at a distance (online, by phone or WhatsApp), you can cancel within 14 days of the booking for a full refund, unless the service has already been fully provided. If you asked us to start within those 14 days, we may charge for the part already provided.
- For beauty and wellness treatments, please tell us about any allergies, medical conditions or medication beforehand. We may need a patch test or consultation, and we may decline a treatment if it isn’t safe for you.
- If we have to cancel, we will offer you another time or a full refund.
6. Global Talent, Innovator Founder and Sponsorship Licence advisory
- Elinth Consulting provides advisory, document structuring and application support. We are not a law firm. Where legal advice is needed, it is provided by our independent legal counsel partners under their own terms.
- Decisions on endorsements, visas and licences are made by the relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee any outcome, and our fees are for the work we do, not for a particular result.
- You are responsible for making sure the information and documents you give us and submit are true, complete and your own.
7. Property (Elinth Homes)
- Information and coaching from Elinth Homes is educational and is not regulated financial or investment advice. Property values and income can go down as well as up.
- Rooms to let and property management are provided under separate written agreements (such as a tenancy or licence agreement), which will set out the full terms.
8. Careers and Studio Partners
Sending an application or Studio Partner enquiry does not create any employment, partnership or other agreement. Any role or partnership will be set out in a separate written agreement. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle applications.
9. Intellectual property
The Elinth name and logo, the content of this website, and our books, guides and materials belong to Elinth Group Limited or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except as these terms allow.
10. Our responsibility to you
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses where you are a consumer, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- If you are buying for a business, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

If you’re unhappy with anything we’ve provided, please contact us at consult@elinthgroup.com and we’ll aim to resolve it quickly and fairly.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
